Re: Shipping Snafus:
LOST PACKAGES are filed for claims within the USA – there are no guarantees on this. Once a package leaves my hands there’s only so much I can do. If the package is insured a full refund should be expected if the issue occurred because of the post.
IMPORTANT : Please make sure you enter the correct address. Customer will be responsible for fees associated if address is incorrect and parcel needs to be reshipped!!

I try to put love into every package so I don’t want to rush that but also do love to maintain a quick turnaround for my customers. ALL Items in this shop (vs etsy) Ship at Priority Flat Rate $7.85 , this ensures a speedy delivery and insurance. I encourage you to FILL up your pack, in fact – over flow it because everything after you meet the minimum flat rate ships free.
*I Ship USPS ALL over the world – if you are an international customer please message me with your shopping list and I will provide you with a shipping rate quote and a check out link custom for you if you wish to proceed..
*My packaging materials are there to insure your pieces arrive safely as well as beautifully. Items damaged in shipment within the USA will be replaced once a claim is filed and you provide Beth with Photographic evidence for the claim.
*Customer is responsible for making sure addresses are accurate. Any returned parcels needing to be reshipped or missing packages will be at the expense of the customer. Please understand this is fair to me, I didn’t know you moved when you checked out (but you did!). 🙂
***INTERNATIONAL Shipment Damages/Losses cannot be replaced or refunded! Very Important! Because USPS and International Carriers have limited tracing abilities across borders this process is impossible unless handled on your end. I will offer you a deep discount coupon on another product if this incidence does occur. The good news is, I’ve had 1 damaged international package and 1 loss since starting my shop in 2006. **RECIPIENT/YOU- are responsible for any additional taxes, duties and customs if your package is held in customs for any reason.
